Welcome to a home for inspired living.

For over a decade, I’ve been coaching individuals to thrive in life and work, helping them create positive shifts in their internal worlds. Now, it’s time to turn our attention to something just as important: home.

Because home is everything. It’s our base. Our foundation.
As Dorothy says in The Wizard of Oz,

“There’s no place like home.”

Since the pandemic, many of us are spending more time at home than ever before. So let’s make it count. Let’s make it lovely. Let’s make it meaningful. Let’s fall back in love with home.

Love From Paul is about what I call Inspired Living—a philosophy for creating spaces that feel joyful, nourishing, and true to who we are. It’s not about stuff. It’s about what that stuff means to us, and why we choose to live with it. It’s about shaping spaces that support how we want to feel—and how we want to live. 

Before I became a coach, my world was fashion, art, design, and interiors. I’ve always been a creative at heart, and I know firsthand that our surroundings can lift us or weigh us down. A home isn’t just where you store your body when you're not at work. It can be a sanctuary. A place to restore, create, connect, and grow.

I remember my art classroom at school—Miss Pitchford’s room. The walls were completely covered with art and quotes. It was glorious. For five years, I sat facing one quote that has always stayed with me:

“Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.”
—William Morris (1834–1896)

I think about those words often. They’re simple, but powerful—and they form the foundation of my home-making philosophy today.

This site is a kind of virtual home. A curated space filled with things I’ve made or gathered to help you make your home feel more beautiful, more intentional more yours

Some things here are useful. Some are beautiful.
And many, I hope, are both.
