Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Your order will be delivered by a courier(s) service(s) of our choosing based on the size and weight of your order, delivery address and restrictions that some couriers place on items like fragrance. 

We currently charge a flat rate of £5.95 for packaging and postage.

Shipping is free on orders over £50.00 

Regrettably, we cannot deliver to BFPO, PO Boxes and only deliver to the UK at this time. 

PACKAGING

At Love From Paul, we understand the environmental impacts of our choices/actions and we endeavour to reduce our waste, increase the amount we recycle and minimise the ongoing impacts of our business. From using recycled cardboard and bio-degradable packaging, to carefully reviewing our logistics, we place real importance on ensuring we operate in the most environmentally minded way possible.

All products are packed within sturdy cardboard outers with extra protection provided by a combination of paper, shredded cardboard, corrugated cardboard, bubble wrap and tissue paper. 

Please recycle through existing home or commercial facilities.

In some instances, original supplier packaging is used so that unnecessary waste is not generated.
