Refund policy

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. 

To process your return, we require the order number, receipt number or proof of purchase.

Cost of Shipping Returns 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your unwanted item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Issues  

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us no later than 48 hours from receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide photos of the packaging and the damaged item. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for books that have obivous signs of use.  In addition, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and investigated your return request, and let you know if the refund will be approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
